Are your products safe for babies?
All our products use high-grade, responsibly sourced natural materials and non-toxic water based paint and are tested safe for babies and children with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SGS, TÜV Rheinland, and FSC certifications.

Where can I place my order?
Orders can be placed through our website, Instagram, or Facebook pages.

How do I pay for my order?
Pay using your credit or debit card via Paymongo when you purchase through our website. Or pay via bank transfer or GCash when you purchase through Instagram or Facebook. Just send us a message with your proof of payment.

How long does it take for my order(s) to be delivered?
All orders will be delivered within a week after confirming payment.

How much are the shipping fees?
For Metro Manila orders placed through our website, shipping is indicated at check out. 

How can I avail of free shipping?
Free shipping applies for orders above P25,000 (Metro Manila only).

How do I book orders outside Metro Manila?
For provincial orders, you can choose to book delivery yourself or let us do it for you. Prices vary depending on package size and time of booking.

Can I preorder or reserve an item?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable downpayment is required to preorder or reserve an item in advance.

Do you have a showroom?
Our temporary showroom is located in Macapagal Boulevard, Pasay City. Please contact us to schedule a visit.

What is your refund policy?
We currently do not accept refunds.

Can I return and exchange a defective item?
We have a 7-day exchange policy for items with major manufacturing defects (excluding sale items or gift cards). To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please submit a proof of purchase along with your request.

Do you do gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping services are coming soon!

Can you assemble my order on delivery?
We currently do not offer assembly services.
